About

Christian Standing in Christ exists to lift up the name of Jesus. We passionately preach and teach the Word of God on a variety of topics, all centered on glorifying Him. Our heart is simple: to help you know Christ, grow in Him, and stand firm in the unchanging truth of God’s Word.

This work grew out of a simple, burning conviction — that the same Gospel that saves a soul is meant to shape a whole life, and that ordinary, Spirit-filled believers can walk with Jesus in joy, boldness, and truth.

What we believe

We hold to the historic, full-Gospel Christian faith, and everything begins and ends with the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. We believe in the deity, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and soon return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe salvation comes by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — that a person must be born again. We believe in the baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit, and that the gifts of the Spirit — including healing, prophecy, and the discerning of spirits — are for the church today. We believe God still speaks through His Word, and that we are called to “test everything” and “hold fast to what is good.” And we believe the goal of it all is to know Christ, to become like Him, and to magnify His name in everything we do.
